Mr. Sankalp Brahma is a multifaceted and results-driven advocate with a strong academic foundation in law, corporate management, and Maritime Logistics & Supply Chain Management. His practice is distinguished by the integration of commercial insight with rigorous legal strategy.

Prior to entering full-time legal practice, Mr. Brahma worked closely with the Minister of State for the Ministry of Shipping, Government of India, advising on policy and regulatory issues relating to commercial shipping, port infrastructure, and hinterland logistics. He has also held positions with a commercial shipping and logistics company as well as a Public Sector Undertaking, equipping him with practical, industry-level experience that informs his legal advisory and litigation work.

In his litigation practice, Mr. Brahma regularly appears and argues before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the Punjab & Haryana High Court, and leading tribunals including the NCLAT, NCLT, NCDRC, CAT, and AFT. His courtroom experience spans complex and high-stakes matters across diverse sectors.

He was previously associated with Senior Advocate Mr. Sachin Datta, under whose mentorship he handled a wide range of matters including property disputes, constitutional writs, consumer litigation, land acquisition, arbitration, and insolvency & bankruptcy proceedings. He has also briefed leading senior counsel in significant matters before constitutional courts and tribunals.
